THE SHORT STORY: The Queens University of Charlotte women's tennis fell 5-0 to the Georgia Southern Eagles on Sunday afternoon.
HOW IT HAPPENED
-The Eagles took the doubles point after taking No. 1 and No. 3 doubles with 6-0 and 6-2 marks respectively.Â
-Katsiaryna Tuliakova's No. 1 singles was left unfinished though she was up in the match after winning the first set 7-5 and holding a 2-0 mark in the second set.
-The match was clinched by Georgia Southern after winning the Lines 2 and 3 singles along with taking Line 4 singles by retirement.Â
NEXT UP
The Royals will return to ASUN play against Bellarmine University on Friday, March 1st. The match is set to begin at 10:00 am. Â
