CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Jeremy Price's squad wasn't able to pull off a triumph over the No. 7 Buckeyes today, falling by a 3-0 decision (13-25, 15-25, 23-25).
TURNING POINT
The Royals rallied to within two points late in the third set including a block from Jack Brinkman and Shaphar Grant. But Queens' rally would come a smidge too late, as a final kill from Ben Putnam would seal the 3-0 Buckeye victory.

REMARKS FROM COACH JEREMY PRICE
"We were able to put the ball away in the third set," Head Coach Price said. "It just comes down to the fact that they [Ohio State] are a better serving team than us. We know we need to work on that to compete at the higher MIVA level. Jack Brinkman had another great night tonight, Albert Warzocha and Chance Shampine also had great nights."
UP NEXT
Up next, the Royals head back on the road to face Ball State in Muncie, Ind. on March 1-3. First serve is slated for 7:00 PM on Friday.
