CHARLOTTE, N.C. – The Queens University of Charlotte men's lacrosse team announced the addition of 26 newcomers to the roster for the 2024 season. The group is made up of all true freshmen who arrive from 13 different states as well as British Columbia in Canada.
Coach's Quote
"Our staff is thrilled to add 26 members representing the Queens Men's Lacrosse Class of 2027 to our program this fall," Queens Head Men's Lacrosse Coach Nik Colpitts stated. "Hailing from 13 different states and Canadian provinces, this group is one of the most geographically diverse in the entire country. Since this class has stepped foot on campus this past August, they have collectively already made a significant impact with many of them competing for playing time early on in their playing careers at every position. Our coaching staff could not be more impressed with how they have conducted themselves athletically, academically and socially since arriving on campus.
It is always exciting to welcome great lacrosse players into your program, but what we are most excited about is the quality of their collective character and how that will positively impact Queens lacrosse for many years to come. We are very excited to see what the future holds for all of them and our program!"
