The Short Story:Â The Queens University of Charlotte men's basketball team wrapped up non-conference play victorious as five Royals reached double figures in the win.
BY THE NUMBERS

AJ McKee reached double figures for the 13
th straight game finishing with a season-high 20 points on 8-of-13 shooting from the field. The sophomore drained a season-best four deep balls across 26 minutes.

Kenny Dye packed the stat sheet with 19 points, five rebounds, and a game-high nine assists. The senior matched his season-high with 38 minutes of action in his 136
th game played. The milestone moved the senior into first place all-time in games played in program history.

Kalib Mathews was a force on both ends of the court scoring 12 points on 5-of-7 shooting while also swiping three steals and blocking a career-high four shots.

Gavin Rains was flawless on the block scoring 10 points while pulling down a team-high seven rebounds and blocking a pair of shots.

BJ McLaurin reached double figures for the sixth game this season with 10 points. The junior went a perfect 5-for-5 from the free throw line.
-Queens shot 51-percent from the field which was the best performance since Lynchburg on Nov. 23
rd.
NOTABLE MOMENTS
-Trailing 20-18, the Royals used a 9-0 run over a four-minute span to extend their lead to 28-20 as the first half closed.
-Losing 50-37 in the second half, FDU went on a 14-3 run to close the deficit to 53-50

INSIDE THE BOXSCORE
-Queens improved to 30-0 in the last two seasons when reaching the 80-point mark.
-As a team, Queens drained 13 three pointers which was one shy of their season-high. Four different Royals finished with at least two deep balls made.
-The Royals finished with seven blocked shots which tied their season-high against La Salle.
