GREENWOOD, SC - The Queens University of Charlotte men's wrestling team (1-2; 1-1 SAC/CC) lost its non-conference meeting at Lander University (1-0) by a 32-13 final.

Queens took advantage early when Noah Gilbert (133 lb) and Lucas Comroe (141 lb) notched consecutive wins to lead 9-3. Lander followed with back to back wins before Wesley Sharpe (165 lb) rallied back with a four point victory.

The Bearcats won the final four matches of the evening to advance to a 32-13 win. 

Queens is back on the road to compete at UNC Pembroke Monday, January 25th.
