Queens University of Charlotte Athletics

With the fall season coming to a close, Queens University of Charlotte’s Anthony Raftis of the men’s cross country team has been named November InterCon Male Student-Athletes of the Month.
 
Raftis, a senior from Kent, Washington, earns the honor for the second time this season after a few spectacular performances during the month. At the NCAA DII Southeast Regionals, Raftis led the Royals to their second straight championship with a third-place finish. He then raced to a 36^th-place finish at the NCAA DII Championships to help Queens finish 8^th overall.
 
Raftis earned USTFCCCA All-American honors for the second consecutive season following his performance at the NCAA Championships. He also named to the USTFCCCA All-Region team.
