Following a very successful month of competition, Alex Kunert of men's swimming earned October InterCon Student-Athlete of the Month honors.

Kunert, a sophomore, led the men's swimming team to two dual meet wins during the month, including a team victory over No. 20 Wingate University. Kunert won six individual events in the pool and was a part of two relay wins, setting one NCAA 'B' Standard time. The Royals are currently ranked No. 1 overall in the latest CSCAA/TYR Top 25 Poll.
