Talanova put together several top swims over the month with three ranking within the top five nationally. She additionally took two first place swims at Emory securing the 100 yard and 200 yard breaststroke. She held the third fastest time nationally in the 200 breaststroke and the fourth fastest time in the 100 breaststroke at the end of the month. Talanova, along with her teammates, put together the fastest NCAA Division II relay swim.

She concluded her month qualifying for the short course world championships in Windsor, Canada and will represent her home country, Kyrgyzstan, in the December event.

This is her first InterCon Student-Athlete of the Month nod.
