Pijulet saw success during the month of October winning the 200 yard backstroke against Emory and the 100 yard backstroke and 100 yard butterfly against Wingate. He leads the nation in two events taking the top time in the 200 yard backstroke, reaching the wall with a 1:48.29 and the 100 backstroke swimming a 48.95. Additionally, Pijulet helped elevate the 400 medley relay team to the top time in the country.

This is his first InterCon Student-Athlete of the Month nod.
