2016: Competed in seven meets for the Royals. Placed Top 10 in five meets: 3rd at Carolina Challenge, 7th at Falcon Classic, 10th at Upstate Invitational 2016, 9th at Royals XC Challenge, and 10th at South Atlantic Conference. He also finished 29th overall at the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Cross Country Chapionships with a time of 32:01.7. 

2015: Awarded USTCCCA Division II All Academic....competed in six meets for the Royals...placed second overall in the 10K at the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Cross Country Championships...Placed fifth overall in the South Atlantic Conference Championships with a time of 25:38.5 

2014: Competed in 7 meets for the Royals...Placed 2nd in the Queens Twilight with a 5k time of 15:28.8... Grabbed 4th overall in the South Atlantic Conference Cross Country Championships with a 26:10.2, 8K... 8th overall for the NCAA Division II Southeast Region Cross Country Championships… Took a 76th finish, top finish for the Queens men's team, at the NCAA Division II National Championships with a 32:11.5 10K time... SAC first-team all-conference

2013: Competed in six meets for the Royals...Highest finish was 14th at the UNCC XC Invite...Named to the Conference All-Freshman Team

High School: Competed in cross country and track and field...Member of the National Honor Society.
