2018: Finished seventh at SAC Championship in 25:14.1 to earn all-conference honors...Took 10th at NCAA DII Southeast Regional in 32:22.7 to earn all-region honors.

2016: Competed in seven meets with the Royals this season where he finished in the Top 10 in four meets: 10th in the Carolina Challenge, 5th in the Upstate Invitational 2016, 4th in the South Atlantic Conference, and 9th in the Southeast Region Cross Country Championships. His best time this season was at the Royals XC Challenge with 25:12.9.

2015: Awarded USTFCCCA Division II All Academic in the 2016 season... Competed in six races for the Royals...Placed 35th overall out of 175 runners in the 8000 meters at the Wingate Bulldog Stampede...His top overall 8K time was 26:14.3 at the South Atlantic Conference Championships where he placed 9th overall...Competed in 10K at the NCAA Division II Southeast Region and NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships

High School: Ran Cross Country, and Indoor / Outdoor Track at Central Academy of Technology and Arts...Is sixth all time in the 1000 meter (indoor), and fifth all time in the 800 meter (outdoor).
