2008: Finished second at the covered bridge invitational with a time of 25:52 in the 8k…Took first place at the Asics invitational and the Blue Ridge Open with times of 24:16 and 24:19 respectively…Finished 3rd overall in the NCAA National Championships with a time of 30:56…Won two National Championships for Indoor Track and Field and for Outdoor Track and Field in the 1500m and 5k…Named Men’s cross country runner of the week 9/25/08…Earned Southeast Region Track Athlete of the Year...Named InterCon Male Student Athlete four times and Conference Carolinas Male Athlete of the Year.

Personal Best:  Ran the 400 in 51 seconds, the 800 in1:55, the 1500 in 3:45, the 5k in 13:40, and the 8k 23:55.
