2010: Named to the GLIAC All-Academic Excellence team ... was 10th with a time of 21:03 at the Detroit Titan Invite (9/11) ... placed 90th (26:43) at the Michigan State Spartan Invite (9/17) ... led the Warriors to a first-place finish at the Carnegie Mellon Invite (10/9), placing 4th with a time of 26:08.84 ... followed it up by running to 85th place showing (31:29.03) at the Chile Pepper Cross Country Festival (10/16) ... enjoyed his first-career win at the Mercyhurst-Gannon Invite (10/23) with a time of 26:22.1 ... earned All-GLIAC honors for the first time as he ran to a 12th place finish (25:37.7) at the GLIAC Championships (11/6) ... concluded season by running to 14th place time (31:54.31) and All-Region honors at the NCAA Midwest Regional race (11/20) ... CoSIDA Academic All-District nominee ... 2010-11 recipient of the DII ADA Academic Achievement Award.
 
2009: Named to the GLIAC All-Academic team ... ran in all nine WSU races with three top-10 finishes ... had his best performance to date at the Winona Duel finishing 5th (19:27) ... produced his fourth-career top-50 finish in the form of a 43rd (16:23) place showing at the Flyer 5k Challenge ... posted a 17th place finish at the Detroit Titan Invitational ... placed 10th at the Cardinal Invitational (26:25.08) ... was a key runner during Wayne State's three race winning streak; finishing 11th at the Slippery Rock Invite, 46th at the Lehigh Paul Short Run and 10th at the Lucian Rosa Invite ... had a time of 26:17.9 and placed 36th at the GLIAC Championship ... was WSU's top runner at the NCAA Midwest Regional Championship and placed 25th at 34:06.3 ... earned USTFCCCA All-Academic honors.
 
2008: Competed in five races...best finish at UP Collegiate Opener in 27th place ... took 64th place in the GLIAC Championships in Sault Ste. Marie, Mich.
 
High School: A 2008 graduate of Farmington High School ... earned three varsity letters for the Falcons and coach Charlie Stamboulian, a former WSU cross country letterwinner ... was a three-time All-City selection and a two-time All-League honoree ... was team MVP in 2006 and 2007 ... ran a 16:25 at the 2007 Division I regional cross country meet ... placed 68 at the 2007 Division I state meet in a time of 16:26.7 ... finished 75th at the 2006 Division I state meet in a time of 16:32.6 ... also earned three letters in track and field ... was a 2008 honorable mention All-Area selection by the Observer and Eccentric for 3,2000m ... graduated with high scholastic honors.
