THE SHORT STORY:
Queens University of Charlotte women's tennis team lost all three doubles in 6-0 sweeps to give Elon a one-point lead heading into singles. Lucy Hogan at #1 seed and Daniela Tomala at #6 seed held their own in singles with both unfinished matches. Mariana Reading clinched at #3 singles to secure Elon the 4-0 sweep and third straight victory.

HOW IT HAPPENED:
- The Phoenix's were successful on all double courts, which secured the first point going into singles.
- In singles action, Elon took the victory with straight-set wins on all courts besides on #1 and #6 courts which were unfinished.
- Lucy Hogan lost the first set 6-2 before leading 3-2 in an unfinished match in the second set.
