CHARLOTTE, N.C. – Queens University of Charlotte cross country has released its 2025 fall competition slate, featuring a strong mix of local and championship meets as the Royals embark on a new era under Head Coach Will Crocker in his first official season leading the program.
The season kicks off on August 29 at the UNCC Opener, hosted at Frank Liske Park in Concord, N.C., where the Royals will face regional opponents to open the campaign.
Queens then hosts two major meets at McAlpine Creek Park in Charlotte: the Queens City Invite on September 12, drawing top teams from across the Southeast, and the Royals Cross Country Challenge on October 10.
Postseason begins with the ASUN Championship on October 31 in Jacksonville, Fla., as Queens looks to make a statement within the conference. The season concludes at the NCAA Southeast Regional in Charlottesville, Va., on November 14, where athletes will vie for bids to the NCAA Championships.
Coach Crocker is eager to begin his tenure with this group. "I am excited about our upcoming cross country season and looking to continue to build on last year's success," Crocker said. "We have two home meets on our schedule and would love to see Queens alumni and fans come out to McAlpine Creek Park to support our team!"
