THE SHORT STORY: The Queens University of Charlotte men's tennis team dropped their regular season finale at Stetson University on Saturday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
-The Hatters captured the doubles point with victories at No. 1 and No. 3. Edoardo Bottino and Laurenz Blickwede were tied 4-4 before going unfinished.
-On the top court, Edoardo Bottino picked up the Royals first victory of the day with a 7-5, 7-5 route. The senior improved to 8-6 on the season.
-Senior Edoardo Cecere won a battle at No. 2 after dropping the first set. Cecere would capture the second set 6-2 and the third set 7-6 to give the Royals their second win of the day.

NEXT UP
Queens will turn their attention to the 2023 ASUN Tournament Championship which begins Thursday, April 13^th at the higher seed. The seeding will be finalized after all league matches are completed on Saturday, April 8^th.
