TEMPE, Ariz. – The Queens University of Charlotte women's triathlon short-course squad won its fourth Division II title at the USA-Triathlon Collegiate National Championships Sunday morning, taking the No. 1, 2, 4, 5,and 6 spots to bring home the hardware.

Sonni Dyer stated.
The Royals finished with seven points, atop Colorado Mesa University in second with 28 points, Black Hills State University in third with 35 points, and Davis and Elkins College in fourth with 38 points.
Senior
Tereza Zimovjanova, a Division II Individual Champion, placed first with a time of 1:05:49 and was followed by her fellow senior teammate,
Anabel Knoll, who took second at 1:06:29.
Jordan Grantz (fourth overall in Division II) was awarded Division II Freshman of the Year with her fourth place finish at 1:09:07. Freshmen
Marilena Swidrak (1:09:36) and
Ida Osterman (1:10:52) followed in fifth and sixth place respectively.
"The result is great," Dyer continued. "But I'm even more proud of how they take care of one another on the race course, knowing each other's strengths, and sacrificially working for whose had the "hot hand" in the swim, or on the bike, or on any given day. It has just become the Queens tri way."
