CHARLOTTE, N.C. - The Queens University of Charlotte Royals will be featured on the CBS Sports Network January 24, when they host Anderson University in men's and women's South Atlantic Conference basketball action at the Levine Center. The games between the Royals and the Trojans will be the NCAA Division II National TV Games of the Week.
"We are extremely excited about the opportunity to have a nationally televised game broadcast from here, at Queens University of Charlotte," said Queens men's basketball head coach
Bart Lundy. "Having a national audience discover Queens, see the amazing new Levine Center and learn about the SAC will be priceless. Our players, coaches and staff will work to represent Queens, the SAC and all Division II members in the best possible manner."
January 24th's games in Curry Arena will be the first nationally televised games in Queens history. The games will also be streamed live on the NCAA.com and the NCAA Sports mobile app. In addition, regional affiliates are offered syndication. The women's game will begin at 11:30 a.m., followed by the men's at 2 p.m.

The Royals games against the Trojans are part of a 28-game schedule the NCAA has with the CBS Sports Network to televise Division II basketball throughout the 2014-15 season. The schedule includes the semifinal and championship games for the men's and women's basketball national tournaments.
The Queens women's basketball team will open their season on November 2 in an exhibition game at Clemson University, while the men's season will begin on November 8 in an exhibition game at NC State University.
